Susan B. Preston

Susan B. Preston, age 77, of W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Tuesday evening, September 29, 2026, in UPMC Jameson.

She was born in Greenville on April 15, 1949 to Thomas M. and Caroline (Scott) Baldwin. Susan graduated from Greenville High School in 1967. She retired as the Secretary of Crossroads Christian Fellowship, Greenville and previously had been employed by the FBI ID Division, Washington, D. C., Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., Ryan Milk, and Thiel College.

Susan was a member of Crossroads Christian Fellowship where she previously served as Treasurer. She was an avid reader and loved spending every minute with her grandchildren.

On October 6, 1973, Susan married Glenn E. Preston; he passed away July 5, 2021.

She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey G. (Holly) Preston of St. Augustine, FL and Daniel J. (Shonna) Preston of Sharon; a sister Mildred (Terry) Burch of Meadville; two brothers, John (Judy) Baldwin of Atlantic and Thomas (Margaret) Baldwin of Linesville; and two grandchildren, Jack and Anna.

In addition to her husband, Susan was preceded in death by her parents.

Services:

Per Susan’s wishes, Cremation was chosen, and the family will announce a time and date for a Celebration of Life Gathering. Inurnment will be in Shenango Valley Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Crossroads Christian Fellowship, 805 Vernon Rd., Greenville, PA 16125
