Shirley Mook

Shirley A. Mook, age 82, of W. Jamestown Rd., Jamestown, PA, passed away Friday afternoon, March 10, 2023 in UPMC Jameson after a brief illness.

She was born in Mercer, PA on June 27, 1940 to Clair and Adalade (Kolb) Simpson. Shirley was a graduate of Grove City High School and was a Homemaker. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking and puzzle books.

Shirley is survived by her two daughters; Diane L. Goodwin of Springfield, OH and Kim Headley and her husband Jeff of Jamestown, two sons; Greg A. Patterson and his wife LaDonna and Brian R. Patterson and his wife Renee, all of Tulsa, OK, six grandchildren; Mitchell Headley, Derek Headley, Megan Charles, Josh Patterson, Travis Patterson and Brittany Castodio and eight great-grandchildren; Jaden Patterson, Harmony Patterson, Avery Patterson, Praisley Charles, Brady Castodio, Cooper Castodio, Layne Castodio and Tatum Patterson; step-sister Lisa Mowery and her partner Paul of Laconia, NH; step-granddaughter, Shay Mowery. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Lawrence R. Mook, three sisters; Dolores Rodgers, Donna Berry and Patricia Patterson and one brother; Robert Simpson.

A Memorial Service will held at 11:00am on Monday, March 13, 2023 in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown, with Pastor Ashley Walker, officiating.
