Sally J. Johnston, age 65, of N. Main St., Greenville passed away in her residence following a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday morning, December 6, 2025.
She was born in Greenville on April 26, 1960 to Grover and Florence (Peden) Garrett. Sally attended Greenville Schools. For almost 30 years, she had been employed as a school bus driver in the Greenville and Jamestown School Districts. Additionally, Sally was employed at, and later became the owner/operator of, Jamestown Pymatuning Camp Store.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her dog, Luna. She also enjoyed bowling, crafts, and playing Bingo.
On October 25, 1975, Sally married George S. Johnston; he passed away October 9, 2024.
She is survived by two daughters, Darcie L. (Eric) Williams of Jamestown and Mandie S. Johnston of Greenville; a sister, Dorothy Murrow of Bonita Springs, FL; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Sally was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Georgia Johnston.

Family and friends will be received from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Wednesday, 12/17/25, in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville. Inurnment will be in Shenango Valley Cemetery.
