Phyllis Mcclimans

Phyllis A. McClimans, age 96, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday morning, January 23, 2024 in her residence. She was born in Jamestown on August 5, 1927, a daughter of Merle and Vida (Carpenter) Nottingham.

She was a graduate of Jamestown High School and on October 2, 1948 married Gail McClimans, he survives. She was employed at Blazon for many years and was a member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church. Phyllis enjoyed taking care of her house and her flower garden.

In addition to her husband of 75 years, she is survived by a son; Merle McClimans and his wife Cecilia of Jamestown; a granddaughter, Brandy Rottman of Meadville; two great grandsons, Blake Rottman and Parker Rottman. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Helen Jordan.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.
