Paul W. Klingensmith, 36, of Jamestown, PA, passed away due to an accident at his home.
Born on November 3rd, 1986 to parents Paul and Christine Klingensmith. Paul was a kind, caring, giving soul who loved to make people laugh. He always had a joke or a pun to try and make anyone smile. He had a passion for cooking and was the Assistant Manager at Mama Janes Eatery. He enjoyed his job, and he loved all his coworkers. Paul was an avid gardener. He enjoyed planting everything and he also loved to build things. He loved the small town of Jamestown and all that resided in it. He was very passionate about the history of the town and wanted to learn about every aspect of it. Paul loved to play board games and card games. He had an extensive collection of older board games and loved to show them off and play with anyone that was willing. He absolutely loved looking at ships and collecting model ones. He was very fascinated with them, especially with the Titanic.
Paul graduated from Jamestown Area High School in 2005. He was also enrolled in the Mercer County Career Center, where his study of choice was Protective services. After High School, Paul used his passion for cooking to manage Nutrition Group in Potter County, Pennsylvania. He would prepare and deliver Meals on wheels to the elderly in the greater area. He was passionate about making sure the food he served was top quality. Paul had numerous jobs in the food industry; he was also a cook for the Gable Inn in Jamestown.
Paul loved life. He deeply loved his family and friends, even acquaintances. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Christine; His little Sister, Trisha Klingensmith (Tursh) and her Fiancée Kaci Hyde; His partner Trek Roulo (Turk); His maternal Grandmother Ruth LeMaster; Multiple Aunts, Renee, Jeanie, Wanda, Sue, and his Uncle Ed.
He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandmother and Grandfather, Mary and Walter Klingensmith; His Maternal Grandfather, William LeMaster; His Aunt and Uncle, Kathy and Tom Shannon; His Aunt and Uncle, Linda and Daniel Estep; His Aunt and Uncle, Janet and Skip Peden; Uncle Timothy LeMaster; And Uncle Cecil Westmorland.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown with Rev. Dan Miller, pastor of Jamestown United Methodist Church, officiating. A celebration of life gathering will be held at the Gable Inn in Jamestown after the memorial service.
