Nancy J. Headley

Nancy J. Headley, age 77, of Chestnut St., Jamestown, passed away Saturday morning, May 30, 2026, in her residence.

She was born in Sharon on August 2, 1948 to Fred and Mary Louise (Brown) Hatton. Nancy graduated from Jamestown High School in 1966 and attended Edinboro University. She retired from Greenville Medical Center following 15 years of employment as a medical transcriptionist.

Nancy was a past member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, accompanying her husband on his daily rounds of golf, and following her grandchildren’s activities.

On January 27, 1968, Nancy married Red Headley; he survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jeffery (Kimberly) Headley of Jamestown; a sister, Margaret (Dennis) Kobel of McConnellsburg, PA; a brother, Lynn (Wanda) Hatton of Jamestown; and two grandchildren, Mitchell Headley and Derek Headley.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, 6/27/26, in Jamestown Fireman’s Club, 501 Denver St. Jamestown, PA 16134.
