Margaret E. Culver

Margaret E. Culver, age 70, of Washington St., Greenville, passed away Wednesday evening, January 14, 2026, in UPMC Jameson.

She was born in Greenville on March 6, 1955 to Paul Beedy, Sr. and Virginia (Stanford) Beedy. Margaret graduated from Jamestown High School and attended Cheena’s Beauty Academy. She was of the Christian Faith.

Margaret loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, fishing, swimming, and cooking. Margaret was known as a very loving and caring person who always tried to help others at any cost, and many people called her "mom" or "grandma" because of the love she gave.

Margaret is survived by three daughters: Melony Culver of Greenville, Denise (Richard) Reed of Sharon, and Jennifer Culver and her fiancé Greg Shaffer of Atlantic; a special adopted son, Vincent Campbell of Farrell; a sister, Debbie McClimans; three brothers: Paul Beedy, Jr., Ed Beedy, and Fred Beedy; 11 grandchildren: Zachary Richards, Cheyenne Richards, Christopher Reed, Edward Reed, Harley Reed, Kaycee Shumaker, Vaughn Shumaker, Sarah Culver, Austin Culver, Alexander Culver, and Mia Reed; nine great-grandchildren: Luka, Tayven, Camden, Camren, Landen, Joycee, Jaxon, Roseleigh, and Nico.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Ralph Culver and Stephen Leinkner; a daughter, Debrah Shumaker; a grandson, Spencer Reed; and a sister, Donna Blair.

Services:

Cremation was chosen, and Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions to assist the family with funeral expenses may be made to the Funeral Home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville.
