Margaret L. “Margo” Anderle, age 73, of Holiday Lane, Hempfield Twp., Greenville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday December 5, 2022 in UPMC Greenville.
She was born in Hamlin, WV on November 2, 1949 to Edgar Ray and Mildred (Hill) Huffman. Margo was a graduate of Hamlin High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Marshall University and her Master’s Degree from Slippery Rock University. Margo retired from the Mercer County Career Center, where she had been employed as the School Counselor for over twenty years. She was previously employed from 1976-1981 as the Associate Dean at Thiel College.
Margo enjoyed cooking, party planning, yearly trips to Myrtle Beach, the Denver Broncos, especially John Elway and playing bridge and knock rummy. Most of all, she was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren with love, food and toys. On March 7, 1978, she married John E. Anderle, he survives at home.
Also surviving is her son, Brian M. Anderle and his wife Nichole of Greenville; her daughter, Amanda K. Heinemann and her husband Gregg of Mars, PA; her father, Edgar Ray Huffman of Hamlin, WV; two brothers, Ray Alan Huffumn and his wife April of Nitro, WV and Rodney Huffman and his wife Beth of Pickerington, OH and six grandchildren, McKenna, Carson and Grayson Anderle and Adrian, Macie and Lily Heinemann. She was preceded in death by her mother.
