Lewis E. "Lucky" Shaw

Lewis E. “Lucky” Shaw, age 76, of Jamestown, passed away Monday morning, September 14, 2026 in Orchard Manor, Grove City.

He was born in Grove City on December 6, 1949 to Twila Shaw. Lucky graduated from Lakeview High School and retired from the packaging department of R. D. Werner Co. following 47 years of employment.

He was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville. Lucky especially enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

On April 28, 1978, he married the former Carol E. Leskovac; she passed away March 23, 2021.

Lucky is survived by a son, Daniel (Heather) Shaw of Penn Hills; three sisters-in-law: Beverly Stroup, Rosemary Leskovac, and Maria Cowher; and one grandchild, Cerridwynn Shaw.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his mother, Twila Roberts.

Services:

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, 10/6/26 in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 85 N. High St. Greenville, PA 16125, with Fr. Raymond Gramata as Celebrant. Inurnment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Michael Roman Catholic Church.
