Kathleen D'Urso

Kathleen D’Urso, age 73, of Hermitage, passed away Saturday evening, December 20, 2025, in Clepper Manor, Sharon.

She was born in Greenville on May 22, 1952 to John M. and Ann M. (Ciccone) D’Urso. Kathleen graduated from Kennedy Christian High School in 1970 and received her LPN license in 1977. She was employed in the orthopedic department of Hamot Hospital as an LPN for over 30 years.

Kathleen was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed traveling in her younger years.

Kathleen is survived by a sister, Annette D’Urso-Garcia of Denver, CO; a brother, Philip (Sheila) D’Urso of Melrose, NY; a sister-in-law, Rhonda D’Urso; a brother-in-law, John Reeher; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved and who loved her in return.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Ann Reeher; two brothers, John M. D’Urso, Jr. and Dominic D’Urso; and a brother-in-law, Paul Garcia. Kathleen was also preceded in death by her longtime friend and companion, Denise Rupnik, who is also mourned by the family.

Services:

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, 12/30/25, in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 85 N. High St. Greenville, with Fr. Thomas N. Trocchio, Pastor of the Church, as Celebrant. Inurnment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery
