John J. DiGiandomenico

John J. DiGiandomenico, age 72, of Sharpsville, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 15, 2025, in his residence.

He was born in Greenville on February 7, 1953 to Rudolph D. “Tony” and Carmella Esther (Guerrini) DiGiandomenico. John was a 1971 graduate of Greenville High School and had attended Thiel College and Penn State University. He retired from Mercer County Human Services in 2007 following 32 years as a Disability Advocate.

John is survived by his longtime partner, Sandra L. George of Sharpsville; two sisters, Linda (Ron) Scott of Clark and Terry (Joe) Wilson of Greenville; a niece, Michelle (Gary) Floch; three nephews: Anthony Serafin, Joey (Stephanie) Wilson, and Andrew (Luis) Wilson; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and his beloved cat, “Sly.”

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services:

Per John’s wishes, Cremation was chosen, and no services will be planned. Memorial Contributions may be made to Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, 2599 Broadway Rd. Hermitage, PA 16148.
