Grace E. Keeley

Grace E. Keeley, age 101, of Vernon Rd., W. Salem Twp., Greenville, passed away Monday afternoon, February 2, 2026, in her residence.

She was born in Greenville on September 14, 1924 to Raymond C. and Ona (Knox) Stuyvesant. Grace graduated from Penn High School in 1943. She was a lifelong homemaker.

Grace was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Greenville. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening, and spending time with her family.

On December 6, 1946, she married Wayne V. Keeley; he passed away March 3, 2011.

Grace is survived by two sons, Gail L. (Joyce) Keeley and Neil D. Keeley, both of Greenville; a daughter, Lorie J. (Charles) New of Greenville; a daughter-in-law, Kristie Keeley of Greenville; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Gary W. Keeley; six brothers: Clarence, Herbert, Dale, Roy, Herman, and Willard Stuyvesant; and three sisters: Dorothy Bernard, Irene Blair, and Mabel Parks.

Services:

Per Grace’s wishes, no services will be held. Burial will be in Rock Ridge Cemetery.
