Gerald Lane

Gerald Lane, age 74, of S. Shenango Twp., Hartstown passed away Tuesday morning, July 29, 2025, at his residence.

He was born in Greenville on April 26, 1951 to General and Rena (Mizner) Lane. Gerald graduated from Greenville High School in 1969 and completed his B. A. in History at Thiel College in 1973. He retired from Jolley Industrial Supply, Sharon in 2017 following 20 years of employment as a truck driver and welder.

Gerald was of the Protestant Faith. He was a member of White Oak Shooting Club and enjoyed gardening, splitting firewood, reading, and hunting.

On November 26, 1977, Gerald married the former Coleen L. Nelson; she survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jason G. Lane and Sean M. Lane, both of Hartstown.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents.

Services:

All Services will be held privately. Burial will be in West Side Cemetery, Sharpsville.
