Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Adams

Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Adams, age 66, of Andover, OH and formerly of Jamestown, PA, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Prior to becoming disabled, Libby was a home health caretaker for several years. Her compassion and love for those she took care of was evident by the relationships she built.

Libby enjoyed birdwatching and feeding the wild birds and even tolerated the chubby squirrels and chipmunks that would frequent her bird feeders. She also enjoyed plants and flowers. Libby simply loved nature and animals.

Libby was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Dorothy Adams, a special aunt, Bonnie Stull, two brothers, Tom Adams and Tim Adams, and her little buddy, Heimy (her beloved Dachshund).

She is survived by brother, Jay (Lisa – her favorite person!) Adams, and sister, Jennifer (Brian) Clark. She is also survived by nieces and nephews (her “kids”), Keri (Ben) McElhaney, Tim J. Adams, Ethan Adams, Shane Adams, Trevor Adams, Mackenzie (Jordan) Fagley, Jake Clark, Matthew (Makaela) Clark, and her great nieces and nephews (“grandkids”) who she loved with all her heart, Max McElhaney, Claire McElhaney, Austin McElhaney, Laken Fagley and Nola Fagley.

Services:

Cremation was chosen, and a Committal Service will take place on a later date at Park Lawn Cemetery with a Private Celebration of Life following. Memorial contributions can be made in Libby’s honor to Strayhaven Animal Shelter, 94 Donation Road, Greenville, PA 16125.
