Doris Payne

It is with great sadness that the family of Doris Jean Payne, of Greenville, announce her passing on June 5, 2022 at the age of 70 years.

Doris was reunited in death with her parents Earvin and Harriet Payne. She was born in Greenville on February 21, 1952 and was a graduate of Conneaut Lake High School. Doris was a member of Adamsville Presbyterian Church and she had enjoyed walking and attending Rodeo's.

She is survived by her four sisters, Willie Ann Ryhal and her husband James of Greenville, Elma Strong of N. Myrtle Beach, SC, Dr. Velma Payne of Texas and Bernice Lackey of Greenville, two brothers, Donald Payne and his wife Doris of Meadville and Ronald Payne of Hadley and many nieces and nephews.

A private family funeral service will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St., Greenville, with Rev. Harry Johns, Pastor of Adamsville Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial with committal prayers will be in Rocky Glen Cemetery, Adamsville.
