Dorine K. Pritts

Dorine K. Pritts, age 87, of Harrisville and formerly of Greenville, passed away peacefully Thursday evening, June 5, 2025, in her residence.

She was born in Canonsburg on January 27, 1938 to Joseph and Mary (Freeland) Nestor. Dorine attended Canonsburg High School and had been a lifelong homemaker.

She was a past member of Christian Assembly Church, Greenville and most recently had been a member of Barkeyville Church of God. While at Christian Assembly, she served as President of the Women’s Ministry, custodian, and head of the kitchen. Dorine previously volunteered at the Good Shepherd Center and UPMC Greenville. She enjoyed listening to The Gaithers and loved spending time with her family.

On October 8, 1959 Dorine married Ivan R. Pritts; he passed away October 26, 2021.

She is survived by a daughter, Shelly Snyder, of Harrisville; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Dorine was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ivan A. Pritts; and a brother, Ray Nestor.

Services:

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 6/11/25, in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville, with Rev. Brian E. Custard, Pastor of Barkeyville Church of God, officiating. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on 6/11/25 from 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Gardens Cemetery, McMurray, PA.
