David R. Wade

David R. Wade, age 55, of 1st St., Jamestown, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, in his residence following a brief illness.

He was born in Greenville on March 4, 1970 to Arthur and Charlene (Swartz) Wade. David was a graduate of Reynolds High School and formerly had been employed as a heavy equipment operator at Lakeland Sand & Gravel, Hartstown.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting firewood, and gardening.

On April 15, 2000, David married to the former Theresa A. Jiricka; she passed away on December 5, 2008.

He is survived by two sons, Russell A. (Katie) Wade of Conneautville and Ronald R. Horner of Cochranton; a sister, Lisa Wade of Hermitage; and two brothers, James Wade of Lewistown, PA and Michael Wade, Sr. of Greenville.

In addition to his wife, David was preceded in death by his parents.

Services:

Per David’s wishes, Cremation was chosen, and no services will be held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St. Jamestown.
