Constance J. "Connie" Tuck

Constance J. “Connie” Tuck, age 86, of Hempfield Twp., Greenville passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 3, 2025.

She was born in Warren, PA on November 16, 1938 to Frank J. and Geraldine (Gheres) Valone. Connie was a 1956 graduate of Pleasantville High School and was a lifelong homemaker.

She attended St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Greenville. Connie was an avid reader and enjoyed going out to lunch with her friends. She especially loved flowers, birdwatching, and spending time with her family.

On July 18, 1959, she married Charles R. Tuck; he passed away September 15, 2000.

Connie is survived by two daughters, Regina L. (Kirt) Gassaway of Greenville and Anita D. (Tom) Kirby of Greenville; five grandchildren: Amber (Ben) Reither, Kristin (Lee) Shaffer, Bradley (Kelsey) Wasser, John (Sarah) Black, and Tyler (Naomi Marshall) Wasser; three step-grandchildren: Amanda Kirby, Joseph Burdick, and Clay (Tameika) Gassaway; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers: John, Frank “Butch”, and Roger Valone.

Services:

A Private Funeral Service will be held in Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 366-368 S. Main St. Greenville with Deacon Frank Luciani of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church officiating. Burial with Committal Prayers will be in Rocky Glen Cemetery, Adamsville. Memorial contributions may be made to Greenville Public Library 330 Main St. Greenville, PA 16125 or Strayhaven Animal Shelter 94 Donation Rd. Greenville, PA 16125.
