Bruce A. Ault

Bruce A. Ault, age 93, of Bates Rd., Jamestown, passed away Wednesday morning, June 10, 2026, in Quality Life Services, Mercer following a lengthy battle with dementia.

He was born in Pittsburgh on November 25, 1932 to George and Dorothy (Forsha) Ault. Bruce graduated from Schenley High School and then began a 42-year career in the U. S. Air Force, serving from 1950 until his retirement in 1992. Following retirement, he was employed as a motor coach operator at Anderson Coach and Travel for over 15 years.

Bruce was a member of State Line Church, Jamestown. He was a 71-year Mason and most recently was a member of F. & A. M. Eureka Lodge # 290. Bruce also held memberships in the Disabled Veterans Association and AMVETS. Along with his wife, he enjoyed camping, traveling, and always being on the go.

On July 17, 1954, Bruce married the former Velma Mae Ferguson; she survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Dean A. Ault (Kim Ruby) of Jamestown and Bruce L. (Cindy) Ault of Williamsfield, OH; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.

Services:

A Masonic Service followed by a Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Paul Csonka will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 6/17/26, in State Line Church, 263 W. State Rd. Jamestown, PA 16134. Family and friends will be received in the church on 6/17/26 from 3:00 PM until time of service. Inurnment will be in State Line Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to State Line Church.
