April A. Alabran, age 56, of Beatty School Rd., Salem Twp., Hadley, PA, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, March 12, 2023 in the ER of UPMC Greenville after an apparent heart attack.
She was born in Greenville on April 7, 1966 to Walter F. Alabran, Sr. and Anna Mae (Craig) Alabran. April was a 1985 graduate of Commodore Perry High School and had been employed for twenty-four years as a nurses aid at Orang Village Nursing Home, Masury, OH. She was an active member of New Apostolic Church, Greenville. April enjoyed crafts, making candy for the kids of the church and family and most of all, spending time with her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Survivors include, her mother; Anna Mae Shaner of Hadley, a sister; Linda Mincer and her husband Larry of Greenville and four brothers; Walter F. Alabran, Jr. and his wife Karen of Roanoke, VA, Willard F. Alabran and his wife Joann of Hadley, Randy L. alabran and his wife Cyndi of Linesville and Larry E. Alabran of Salem, VA. She is preceded in death by her father and step-father; George K. Shaner.
