Anna F. "Annie" Woodworth

Anna F. “Annie” Woodworth, age 96, of S. Shenango Twp., Jamestown, passed away Friday afternoon, September 25, 2026, in St. Paul’s Senior Living Community.

She was born in Austria on July 21, 1930 to Karl and Francesca (Benetec) Goettlicher.

On April 15, 1948, Annie married John W. Woodworth; he passed away November 4, 2004.

In partnership with her husband John, Annie owned The Silver Dollar Drive-In Restaurant, and later Woodworth & Woodworth Mobile Home Sales of Jamestown. She was active in the Jamestown business community for over 65 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Anna Mae (Jerry) Routh of Jamestown and Susan Joan (Erv) Dykstra of Grand Rapids, MI; a son, Harry John (Joy) Woodworth of Boynton Beach, FL; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister, two brothers, and a great-grandchild.

Services:

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday, 10/11/26, in Jamestown Fireman’s Club, 501 Denver St. Jamestown, PA 16134. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a Memorial Contribution to the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department, P. O. Box 13 Jamestown, PA 16134.
